Job Description

CL is seeking Credit Analysts to help support the portfolio manager’s role in its credit driven strategy.

Credit Analyst responsibilities include: 1) review of legal and capital structure of distressed companies; 2) formulate liquidation and going concern valuation 3) preparation of recovery analysis with different range of assumptions; 3) review industry news and newsletters to originate investment thesis; 5) work with portfolio manager and traders to purchase positions; 6) monitor and update assumptions and return analysis on a monthly basis.

Candidates must have a minimum of three years leveraged finance experience, excellent communications skills, attention to detail, strong research capabilities, proficiency with excel, and operate as a team player and self starter.

Master of Business Administration from a leading institution
